I always love a new year as it signifies a fresh start, a change in habits and a time for new stretch goals. Each year I actually name my year and what it’s going to mean to me. 2008 was the year to activate. 2009 was the year to shine. 2010 is the year of Zen. I’m not quite decided on 2010 motto. To me it means the year is going to align in ways I never thought possible. I think if I use my best Kiwi accent then '2010 the year to Win' is even better. I’m not alone in my thinking. As I dragged myself to a 75 minute spin class at the gym this morning, it struck me that spinning can be perfectly related to running a business.
